Community Health Centers, Inc. is Celebrating our 40th Anniversary this year. Help us to celebrate by participating in our 11th Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser!
The 11th Annual Community Health Center Golf Tournament will be held at West Orange Country Club in Winter Garden, FL on Monday, April 29, 2013. The 4-person scramble shotgun start is at 12:30 pm. This exclusive private golf course ranked 2nd in Best Golf Club/Course of Best of Southwest 2012!
All of the proceeds from this fundraiser will directly benefit the medically under served children and adults within Central Florida. This golf tournament is our largest fundraiser of the year and we rely on community support to make it a success. Sponsorship’s are key to this success.
