Community Health Centers (CHC) is a family of ten neighborhood clinics that provide high-quality, comprehensive and affordable medical, dental and pharmaceutical care. CHC employs more than 300 healthcare professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists, and pharmacists.
