At Community Health Centers, our services are designed to meet the needs of you and your entire family – coverage that includes all ages and medical conditions. We provide comprehensive affordable services including medical care, preventive dental care, health education and promotion, health assessments and screening, pharmaceuticals, laboratory, and X-ray services. Medical doctors include physicians who are board certified in the following specialty areas: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Optometry and Internal Medicine.


Community Health Centers provides quality and compassionate care to infants, children and adolescents in Central Florida. Our pediatric areas include bright and welcoming kid friendly themes.

Full pediatric comprehensive care is provided, including:

  • Vaccinations / Immunizations – Measles, mumps, chicken pox
  • Childhood infections
  • Chronic illnesses such as asthma, allergies, diabetes, sickle cell anemia, seizures

OB GYN (Obstetrics / Gynecological Services)

OB/GYN Services are offered at our Apopka Family Health Center, Leesburg Family Health Center, Pine Hills Family Health Center, and Winter Garden Family Health Center. The services provided include gynecology services, pregnancy and childbirth, and family planning.
