Community Health Centers (CHC) is proud to have an active pharmacy program, with a team of pharmacists and technicians working hard to provide effective and affordable medications to our patients.

Pharmacy in Pine Hills

Community Health Centers purchases pharmaceuticals under the Federal 340B program and participates in various prescription assistance programs. These programs allow us to deliver lower-cost medications to CHC’s growing patient population. Our pharmacy services are only available to Community Health Centers patients.

Pharmacy Locations

Pharmacy availability varies by location. If your local Community Health Centers location does not offer pharmacy services, you are still eligible to take advantage of our low-cost prescriptions, at a nearby location, or through our mail order service.

Online Prescription Refills

We’re proud to offer all CHC pharmacy patients the ability to refill their prescriptions online. Using your current prescription bottles, you’re able to submit a refill request directly to your desired CHC pharmacy. No more calling or waiting at the pharmacy while your prescription is filled.

No, you do not need insurance to schedule an appointment. When you call, ask a team member how you can qualify for financial assistance through our Sliding Scale Discount Program.

The cost of your appointment will vary based on the tier of our sliding scale program you’re on, your health insurance status, and the services provided.
No, we do not offer walk-in appointments, but sometimes we are able to get a patient in to see a medical provider on a walk-in basis.
Yes, contact your local Community Health Centers to see if we are doing a special event for your school.

Yes, we do provide specialty care for some specialties such as OB/GYN, Behavioral Health, and Optometry. However your CHC provider may refer you to an outside provider for some specialty services. Our providers do not treat chronic pain.
