Affordable Medical Care

At Community Health Centers, our Services are designed to meet the needs of you and your entire family – coverage that includes all ages and medical conditions. We provide comprehensive affordable services including medical care, preventive dental care, health education and promotion, health assessments and screening, pharmaceuticals, laboratory, and X-ray services. Medical providers include physicians who are board certified in the following specialty areas: Family Practice, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and Internal Medicine. The Centers provide care to over 45,000 patients annually at locations in Apopka, Bithlo, Eatonville, Groveland, Lake Ellenor (Orlando), Leesburg, Meadow Woods, Pine Hills, and Winter Garden.

 

Pediatric Health

Pediatric Services are provided at the Apopka Pediatric Health Center, Eatonville Family Health Center, Leesburg Family Health Center, Pine Hills Family Health Center, South Lake Family Health Center and Winter Garden Pediatric Health Center. Full comprehensive care is provided, including:

  • Vaccinations / Immunizations – Measles, mumps, chicken pox
  • Childhood infections
  • Chronic illnesses such as asthma, allergies, diabetes, sickle cell anemia, seizures
  • Accidents and injuries
  • Attention Deficit Disorder (diagnosis and treatment)
  • Adolescent gynecology
  • Nutrition counseling
  • School and sports physicals
  • Vision and Hearing screenings
  • Parenting education
  • Behavior counseling
  • 24-hour on-call physician coverage

 

Women’s Medicine

  • Well-woman exams
  • Women’s surgery, such as tubal ligation and Laparoscopic procedures

  • PMS (Pre-Menstrual Syndrome)

Obstetrics / Gynecological Services

OB/GYN Services are offered at our Apopka Family Health Center, Leesburg Family Health Center, Pine Hills Family Health Center, and Winter Garden Family Health Center. The services provided include gynecology services, pregnancy and childbirth, and family planning.
