Internal Medicine
Internal medicine prevents, diagnoses, and treats diseases afflicting adults, from chronically ill patients, to short-term care.

Comprehensive Internal Medicine

Internal medicine is a medical specialty that deals with the prevention, treatment, and care of internal diseases. Physicians are given training in the management of patients who have an undifferentiated or multi-system disease.

Internal medicine specialists tackle conditions such as dyspnoea, fatigue, weight loss, chest pain, confusion, or change in the conscious state. They can also help manage serious acute illnesses that affect multiple organ systems at the same time in a single patient, including chronic diseases.
