Community Health Centers, Inc. is Celebrating our 40th Anniversary this year. Help us to celebrate by participating in our 10th Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser!
This year’s golf tournament is being held at the West Orange Country Club in Winter Garden, FL on Monday, April 30, 2012. This exclusive private golf course ranked 2nd in Best Golf Club/Course of Best of Southwest 2012! Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge was 1st and Isleworth Golf & Country Club was 3rd. The 4-person scramble shotgun start is at 12:30 pm, players will receive lunch and an awards banquet, and there will be complimentary beer, soda & water throughout the event. I can guarantee you that this year’s golf tournament fundraiser will be our best ever!
Last year Community Health Centers provided over 53,000 low-income, uninsured and underserved patients with medical and dental services at our 12 practice locations in Orange and Lake Counties. The services we provide include Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dental, Pharmacy, x-ray and lab services.
Community Health Centers is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) charitable healthcare organization. All of the proceeds from this fundraiser will directly benefit the medically underserved children and adults within Central Florida. This golf tournament is our largest fundraiser of the year and we rely on community support to make it a success. Sponsorships are key to this success.
