CHC Travels to Washington, DC

National Association of Community Health Centers Conference

Community Health Centers, recently, traveled to Washington, DC for a NACHC (National Association of Community Health Centers) Conference that focuses on State and Federal government policies that affect health centers and the healthcare for millions. Representing CHC was Margaret Brennan, President/CEO; Susan Nichols, Director of Government Relations; Timothy McKinney, Chair – Board of Directors and Louise Zeuli, Treasurer – Board of Directors.

Our group met with US Congressman Darren Soto, representing the 9th District of Florida , as well as, US Congresswoman Val Demings, representing the 10th District of Florida to discuss the importance of our organization to the community and the need for continued support in Congress.
