NEW CENTER NOW OPEN IN CAGAN CROSSINGS IN SOUTH LAKE COUNTY
WINTER GARDEN, FL – Community Health Centers, Inc., has opened a new medical center in the Four Corners area of south Lake County at 509 Cagan View Rd, Clermont, FL 34714. The center offers Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatric Dental, Emergency Adult Dental, Optometry, and Behavioral Health. In addition, the center offers an on-site lab and low-cost Pharmacy.

Community Health Centers operates 14 other centers throughout central Florida. Community Health Centers accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. A Sliding Discount Program, based on family size and income, is available for those meeting income guidelines.
