Meadow Woods FL – Community Health Centers, Inc. (CHC) welcomes five providers to the newly opened pediatric medical and dental health center in South Orlando’s Meadow Woods community. CHC Meadow Woods Pediatric Medical & Dental Care is located at 849 Greenway Professional Court, Orlando, FL 32824. The center has a child-friendly pirate theme that blends cartoon characters and scenes through the entire building.
On-site Pediatricians are Ramon A. Fonseca, MD; Ms. Nike Kubeyinje, MD; Frank Stefanec, DO; and Pediatric Dentists are Brigid Trent, DDS, and Carl Juliao, DMD. New patients are now being accepted for medical appointments, including well-child visits, immunizations and school/sports physicals, dental appointments, including checkups and cleanings. Laboratory services are available on site.

Appointments are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. CHC accepts most insurances including Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care Plans and KidCare. A Sliding Discount Program is available for those meeting income guidelines.
