Community Health Centers Hires Corporate Director of Development & Community Relations

Winter Garden, FL – Community Health Centers, Inc. (CHC) has hired John Riordan as Corporate Director of Development & Community Relations. John will lead, plan and direct fundraising and community involvement activities for the organization. Riordan has more than fifteen years of experience working in healthcare marketing and philanthropy with Space Coast Cancer Center, Wuesthoff Health System, Halifax Health and Orlando Health. John is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. “I look forward to meeting people who share in our mission to provide access to timely, affordable, compassionate and quality health services in the communities that we serve,” says Riordan.

Riordan has served on the boards for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure – Central Florida Affiliate, Space Coast Cancer Foundation, Melbourne Regional Chamber of East Central Florida’s Chamber 2040, Safe Kids of Volusia/Flagler, Life’s Journey End of Life Care Coalition and Port Orange Family Days. John was instrumental in the planning of Halifax Health Medical Center’s North Tower Groundbreaking Celebration featuring State of Florida Governor Charlie Crist, as well as, Funcoast Classic High School All-Star Games and a World Trade Center Monument Dedication featuring former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani.
