Winter Garden, FL – Community Health Centers, Inc. (CHC) opened a new health center in the Meadow Woods community located in South Orlando on Monday, July 9, 2012. Meadow Woods Pediatric Medical & Dental Care is located at:

The 7,100 sq. ft. center is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. New patients are now being accepted and appointments can be scheduled by calling 407-905-8827.

CHC accepts most insurances including Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care Plans and KidCare. Sliding Discount Program available.
